As human beings become more health conscious, and business are beginning to evolve along with them. It is with this in mind that Bene-Flex would like to introduce our wellness program.
So, first we must ask: what is a wellness program? With healthcare costs continuously escalating, many employers have begun searching for effective measures to reduce costs while ensuring the health and wellbeing of their employees. Our wellness program is specifically designed to educate your employees on living healthier lifestyles, and therefore ultimately lowering your long-term costs. Using a combination of educational, organizational and environmental activities we facilitate the creation of an environment, both at home and at work, which promotes healthy behavior and smart choices.
The logic behind the program is simple. It is safe to assume that a smoker will be more at risk of heart disease than a non-smoker, which by nature will lead to higher use of prescription drugs. By educating the employee and giving them the tools necessary to quit smoking as well as a regular exercise program, we will promote better health while reducing your bottom line.
In order to fulfill the specific needs of each Client, our Wellness programs include various services all centered on general well being.
